CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHEN WAS THE FIRST VESSEL AWARDED WITH ASME U STAMP? OR WHATS THE HISTORY OF U STAMP?

every one can think on its own.. if you are not sitting comfortably you will see the whole world tense.. stick to the purpose not to the etiquettes

There is no clear answer that I can see (except U stamp introduction date) however on the first vessel, so going directly to ASME for your answer is you best option.

Is this a school assignment?

What does "teri maa the khand" actually mean and why is it relevant to answering your question (Online translators failed to produce anything more helpful than "a Punjabi Bhangra Music Album lyric")?
