i want to know what material of Construction i have to use for Steam line used in Steam assist Flare system near the Flare Tips Area.

All refinery operators lay down standards for this sort of thing. So, what does the Client's specification say?

Use schedule 40 Black steel with threaded cast iron fittings for sizes 2 inch diameter and below , and welded or flanged fittings on sizes 2.5 inches and above .
