Electrically Operated Traveling Crane (EOT)

I appreciate if someone can guide the details of tests to be carried out for the electrically operated travelling crane at site after 2-3 years of commissioning and how to test can we use water balloon for load . were from we can get water balloon.

To test the EOT Crane, the load of RCC Blocks of standard weight are used. For example, if the capacity of the crane is 450KG, the block of 450kg is lifted by the crane for a specified time for testing. If some problem regarding its rope, brake etc. is found, then it is attended.

What happened to the previous annual load tests? Water weights are common things, but trying to guess where you live to tell you where to get one is a very difficult task - and anyway my crystal ball is broken, any idea where I can get one?
