Gen Set Power Consumption

I notice below the 6 digit reading there is a label stating "k= 6.75 r/ kwh. What does this means?

it is the meter factor or usually called the meter calibration constant. it means that in every 6.75 revolutions of the meter disk, it will register 1 kwh. this is also the basis for the testing/verifying of the accuracy of the meter.
