any body can help me for some typical interview questions in testing and commissioning of DC system for 132/11 kv substations

I would think the following questions would come up very quickly for such a specialised and potentially hazardous engineering position.

"What are your qualifications and work experience?".

"Do you have any experience in the field of substation instrumentation engineering or similar?"

If you cannot successfully answer these most important questions to the satisfaction of the interviewer(s) then be prepared to answer the following question

"Can you find your own way out of the building?"

1.Why did your entire facility explode on commissioning?

2. How did you survive, if you are the commissioning engineer?

3. Explain your statement, "what commissioning tests, don't they just work"?

Find out:

  • Can this candidate do the job?
  • Will this candidate do the job?
  • Will this candidate fit the organisation?

- it's the same every time. Simply choose the candidate that fits best, and delay telling the second, the third and so on until the first has either accepted or declined the offer.
