It is highly inadvisable to post an e-mail address in an international forum. E-mail addresses are easily harvested by spambots. They quickly bombard it with advertisements for non-prescription pharmaceuticals, scam requests to update on-line banking details, links to matters of an intimate nature and scams purporting to be about getting large sums of money out of Nigeria, rendering the address practically useless.

If you google RS232-RS485 Converter you'll find multiple suppliers. I just pulled up the first one.

Be aware you can obtain a port powered device, or a AC power device. Without knowing what your application is, it would be hard to recommend which one to use.

I generally use the port powered adapter. Port powered devices usually run from $50-$80, unless you buy them from the retailer of your system in which case the price can be three times that for exactly the same unit.
