Ultra-Pure Water

is it possible to design a modular ultra pure water plant for water for injection complete with 10/20/30ml collapsible bags or plastic bottles,automatic sealand man machine interface.

How many, "10/20/30ml collapsible bags or plastic bottles," per hour did you want to produce?

As Mikerho said, it's feasible. How much money do you have?

Yes, but you'll have to produce the water in large quantities to make it economically viable.
