What applications do you see for them?

Would they come in different tastes too? That's the only application I could think of at the moment, Ky.

As so often, the term is defined by the opposite, polydoesn't, the generic cry of the bad and slightly illiterate parrot trainer.

It seems that the difference between Polydoughs and toruses is that the poly-gone shape means you can use a spanner to apply torque when a polydo doesn't (talk, that is)

Hi Tofique, Mathematicians normally come across donuts in the context of topology, but, all your polydos are identical to an ordinary ring donut in that context. Have you discovered any properties of them which are not covered by the study of other solids (platonic etc.)?

In fact your "discovery" is a body which pushed to the limit as number of side becomes a torus.

Again what is special? What does it have as possible applications?

So, are you saying that polygons are useless because if they have many sides, they are a circle anyway? What is your point?

I think it is clear enough:

1- it is particular case so that I am asking myself where is the novelty

2- I asked in a very polite maner what are the possible applications.

If you read and make the effort to understand then all is clear.

Apparently you did not do the effort to read seeing your question.
