Please some body can tell how much distance between phase to phase & phase to ground at 33Kv and 132Kv

The ionisation voltage of dry air at ambient temperature is around 30kV/cm. When it's raining it will be much lower.

there is a formula for calculating the spacing between the conductors

The formula is square root of d+V/150
