I need a formula for spocket to sprocket to drum ratio =line speed of cable.

It depends on how many layers of cable are wound onto the drum. Determine the radius r of how far the centerline of the cable is from the centerline of the drum. Then, line speed = driver rpm x teeth on driver sprocket / teeth on driven sprocket x 2 pi r.
