Pipeline Repair with Gas Cutting

How do i execute the cutting of a pipeline by gas cutting with 4% methane inside, after it was flush with water, isolated and inert nitrogen?

Cold-cut it instead.

Not an expert in pipeline repair, but 4% is below the lower explosive limit (LEL) of methane/air.
