which is the best sensor to measure two phase say air and water vapour. At present it is orifice in a 150 mm dia FRP pipe line with DP transmitter. Is it the correct sensor

Process fluid = Dilution Air ( N2 77 d.g, O2 23 d.g, H2O < 9.4 ) Pipe line 100 mm PVC pipe with FRP coated.,Flow = nor/ max 737/877 kg/hr,temp= 40 deg c.Upstream pressure 0.7 bar, downstream pressure 0.1 bar, d/p 0.25 bar, density 1.85 kg/m3,viscosity 0.018 cp,State at operating condition=vapour.

At present orifice with Emerson 3051 d/p transmitter is in line. Is it the correct selection.

In this condition what will be the accuracy level at 25%, 50%, 75% flow rate.

The 100 mm pipe line is branched into 9 (Nine) 25 mm pipe line. Glass rotameter in each line. what will be the accuracy of the glass rotameter at various flow rate.

If we add all the nine rotameter readings, will it match with d/p flowmeter reading. If not what is the normal different expected.

Is it the mass flow of the total that is required, or is it the individual volumetric flowrates of the gas and liquid components?

It is mass flow of the total combined flow(Range o-1200 Kg/hr).Process fluid =Dilution Air (N2 77 d.g,O2 23 d.g,H2O<9.4)
