Hi Guys

Can any one of u help me troubleshoot my vaccum pump,the motor runs but the pump is not working and i hope its the motor responsible of runing pump to do its job.

If your motor and belts are working, check the intake filter to insure that it is not stopped up. If those all check out OK then you may need to remove the Rotary Lobe Blower and inspect the inside of it. Watch out for very dusty material, it will kill a Rotary Lobe Blower. Hope this helps...

  • Check the coupling between motor and pump hasn't broken.
  • Check the non-return and pressure/vacuum relief valves on the system are working correctly.
  • Check the piping isn't blocked or broken.

If all else fails, read the Manual.
