technical translation

I am having some technical books in russian language down loaded from internet. They are in .pdf format. Can sombody kindly tell me how to translate them into English using internet.

What you need is optical character recognition for Russian to generate a cut and pasteable flow of characters in Russian. There are a number of these. It is called OCR.

Then you use google translate for whatever their max 1 pass character load is, and repeat until done.

Then you use your knowledge to perfect the translation.

There are so many translation agencies available which provide their services but I would recommend a trust able company which is LanguageNoBar.I worked with this company last 3 year so if you want any services about translation so try this company.
