Com Card Trouble? CNC Grinder with AB 8200 Control

Can anyone refer me to a cnc control repair person to fix our AB 8200 on a CNC cylinderical grinder.cannot load program from pc, some tips were offered as to checking the com card first. looking for some help here, or should i go to AB?

If it was working before

Check your baud rate, stop bits , data length , parity and handshaking settings.

Check the connections in the connectors,

Check the cable (between colours)

Check settings , and jumpers.

A card is cheap (replace).
