How are the single phase loads distributed across the transformer phases?

3 Hp is for the pump to pump the water to the water tank (countries like India has 3 phase pump for this purpose) unlike in USA , I think 12.2 Kw for each house, little high.

12kw seems high to me also. Thats why I wanted the load. Does the load consists of

lts, clothes dryer, water heater, range, Refrig, Dish washer, A/C unit, microwave?

need some idea what the load will be. Is the voltage to the house 240 volts?

Substation transformers come in standard sizes. What is the primary voltage of the transformer?

If u are very sure of yr load information.Lets see this.

Yr total load will be 12.2kw x500 + 3.73kw x 25(.746x5x25)=6100kw + 93.25kw=6193.25kw

I=6193.25/1.732x415 x.8=6193250/575.024=10770.42Amps; kva=1.732 x415 x10770.42 =7741562.49 =7.7MW or 8.0MW,11KV/415V 3PHASE Transformer.

If u wish to mark it up by some margin,then use 25% and get yr Transformer MW and distribute yr loads and balance yr phases well both on single and 3 phase.Make sure each of yr Transformer output 3 phases are almost having same current value when loads are ON.
