I think that you might be looking for this. I downloaded it from the Web site as an Excel document.

I've got Office 2000 at home and I can do all of the procedures in the video. We upgraded to Office 2007 at work and the interfaces are totally different; it irritated the hell out of me for the first few months, and still does sometimes. I think there's a caveat in there somewhere!

I have 2000 @ home, @ work we had 2007

the only difference was the fill command was slightly enhanced, layout was the biggest dif........yah, maybe I'll keep my money for a while.
