Hello Tom, I have all the data sheets I just cant find anywhere that sell the exact components they are from an HP LCD Monitor 1907W surge protection and mosfet only cost about £3/4 quid farnell and digikey had near as but not exact so I am not paying £15 quid for pp and they might not do the job. thx anyway and all the best for the festive, John.

sorry, thought you needed Datasheets.Try www.mark5.co.uk or bowerssemiconductors.com, (based in Manchester). I assume you have tried Maplin. Might be worth giving Ebay a go. I,ve managed to pick up odds & sods there a few times.

Hi bioramani, tried RS Farnell Digikey both charge £15 + for shipping even though you use UK shops but they only had as near as not exact component. Cheers anyway.
