Fill the area of the earth pit surrounding the electrode with any enhancing compound like Bentonite
You may also need to add more electrodes,bentonite works very well.I have improved grounding grids in almost all rock areas,from several hundred ohms to well under 25 doing both.
Pour seawater over the earth rod installation. Failing that, animal urine sometimes works well.
