Laptop Installation of AB RS Logix5000

Can any one help me to Install AB RS logix5000 in lap top. I have all the installation Cd's. Pals provide me the programmes sequence to install. Any procedure pls provide . It will be of great help.. I'm a new bee..

This is the easiest thing to do...

First check the following,

Version of the software, your laptop specs are the same or above as required by RA RSlogix 5K. What sort of activation is supplied to you with software (You need to have internet connection if its supplied on a paper in red envelop).

start installation from CD like other softwares and it will guide you till the end.

Allen Bradley has agencies in most countries. After using a web browser to locate the local number, telephone their local helpline for assistance. Make sure that the licence number on the software package is to hand during the call.

Many proprietary software packages permit installation on a limited number (often only one) of computers at any time. If the limit has been exceeded, be prepared for disappointment.

PWSlack has a good answer or you can check Rockwell Automation's knowledge base at this site.

Also, Rockwell is moving away from disk activations in favor of their "factory talk" activation. Read about that here.
