1. Have you built anything that actually worked right the first time?

And if so or not what was it?

How long did you need to solve the problem and implement the working solution?

If you had more experience could you have done it faster and cheaper?

2. If you meet someone who is doing something that you see as impossible by your understandings how do you react to it?

What if your wrong and they are in fact right?

3. I am your inept Boss/Manager and I assigned you to work with a customer who is also completely clueless and has no real understanding of what they actually need Vs what they think they need. How do you handle that?

4. I am your inept Boss/Manager and it becomes apparent to you that I tend to take credit for others work and I will stab often them in the back to keep my overpaid and cushy position whenever it becomes clear that their work is in any way superior to my own. You just finished a big project and I tried to take full credit for it and cant possibly back up my claims. What do you do?

Yea they are crappy questions but everyone has to deal with these sort of topics in real life at some time.
