kone over head crane

hi gents,

im looking for parts manual for kone overhead cranes, one is 10TONs and the other is 5TONs.

i checked every where. i asked friends and checked on the website. i checked on kone website but i could not get any thing.

would you please advice me where i can find these manuals.

i just got these informations on the hoist units of both cranes:

crane#1 voltage 440vac. control voltage 110vac, type 1484NG, LR 25623, load 5tons

crane#2 voltage 440vac, control voltage 110vac, type UN2484NB, LR 25623, load 10tons

your help is highly appreciated

You should be able to purchase one at:cpc.inquiries@konecranes.com.

I have no idea where to get one for free.

I have had very good luck with calling or e-mailing Kone and asking for a maunual. You will need the model and serial number information and may be required to pay a nominal fee.
