Conversion Kits for Gas Generators

01/20/2010 6:09 AM

Friends please help me out:

I need to convert natural gas 8550 Kcal HCV (High calorific value) generators to run with Coal Gas 1450 Kcal LCV (Low calorific value) without replacing them with Lean-Fuel/ LCV Gas generators.

Is it possible ?

Are there conversion kits available to do this ?

These present Gas generators are rangeing 1 MW/ 1.5MW/2.0 MW/2.5 MW/3.0 MW of Caterpillar/GE janbacher etc.
