hello i want to know how can calculate the fuel consumption of marine engine

Don't calculate - find your specific engine model data sheet and read the number.

First, read the manufacturer's literature. There is no need to calculate. Second, evaluate. Carry out some tests.

Run it for a while. See how much fuel it uses under various conditions such as full speed, half speed, etc.
