Nitrogen Gas Pressure

What percentage of nitrogen gas pressure with respect to line (operating)pressure should be charged into bladder of pulsation dampeners installed on discharge line of positive displacement pumps?

About 2/3 the maximum line pressure, +/- a bit to allow for smoothest operation.
