Hydraulic Press Design and Tonnage

hi i m designing a hydraulic press.

i want to bend a 40 mm dia ms bar .

and make it like "u' shape lingth of bar is 160mm

outer radius 80mm

inner radius 40 mm. plz tell me how much load it requires to bend.

State its temperature, for this will determine the force required to a large extent.

just under room temp.. no heating is given to bar
