can 50hz transformer work at 60hz power supply.......?

You may need a 60Hz variable frequency controlling equipment to reduce the frequency to 50Hz or lower before connecting it to the 50Hz transformer. It would be an impedance mismatch to connect a 50Hz transformer directly (without any frequency control interface) to a power supply source of 60Hz.

The transformer itself will work just fine. The standard low frequency power transformers are not all that fussy about slightly higher frequency applications. It will likely pick up a few percent of efficiency gain along the way. As long as the amp rating is respected it doesn't care all that much about the frequency unless you get way higher.
