UPS Problem

I have a backup UPS system of 10kVA 3phase attached to an electric system.The overall power supply keeps shutting down regularly until you reset the UPS.Does anyone know the couse of the problem and any solutions?

Most higher end UPS's communicate their status to the devices they power. If the UPS senses that it's power input is not present, it would advise the device it powers that it needs to begin shutting itself down in an orderly fashion. A number of things could be causing this and a pro needs to look at it.

Yep. The original equipment manufacturer does.
