Fouling Factor for Air Cooled Chillers

What is the recommended fouling factor for air cooled chillers? as per the ARI or ASHARE standards? Thanks

I have tried searching around a bit for this, without much luck. The closest thing I have found is a fouling factor of 0.00035 for compressed air. Even the Carrier Handbook of Air Conditioning System Design didn't mention air-side fouling factors.
