Don't try this at home--or in your industrial plant either. The cable is likely to overheat. This may conduct heat into circuit breakers or fuses, leading to premature tripping. Or it may melt the cable insulation, leading to ground faults, short circuits, or fires. Or it might melt your soft starter, requiring you to buy a new one. You may also violate the 3% voltage drop criterion, if the cable is significantly long.

Something will overheat, melt, go bang, start a fire, hurt or kill someone, etc., etc., and then the person that specified it and the person that installed it may find themselves persued from various legal angles for compensation and/or prosecution.
