It sounds like you have a phase to ground fault (unless this is a sensing problem and the fault isn't actually real). If reclosing into the fault did not remove it then it is 'permanent' and you will need to send a line crew in to find and repair the fault (which could be a tree on the line or a downed line on the ground). Follow standard company procedures, etc.

If you want any better advice you are going to need to provide much more information presented in a clear and detailed way, for example what does Zone mean (phase, location, upstream/downstream line segment designation), etc.

AND IS AIDED RECIEVE NECESSARILY ?

No I would say line fault location and repair is necessary.

Single pole single shot auto re-closing is generally adopted for a section of transmission line between two stations.Generally 80% of length of line is covered under First Zone.the balance 20% is covered under IInd Zone.

[Suppose a single phase to ground fault occurs in the end 20% of line. Then one end will Trip in Ist Zone and other end shall trip after second zone delay.

[However provisions such as Carrier aided under reaching tripping schemes are available to make the other end also trip in zone 1 time. This enables the successful auto re-closing feasible without minding for synchronising before re-closing .

For any other fault Single pole auto reclosing cannot be attempted .

Can be Possible, but the dead time has to be increased by 400-500ms ( i.e second zone time) to ensure that both end had cleared the fault.

It is not advisable to operate the system in an unbalanced condition ( Keeping 1 pole in open condition) and not generally practiced.
