I would search "boiler feedwater pumps" to find several types that might be suitable.

That's a helluva pressure for a hot water pump. I assume that's the actual pressure, also need to know pressure rise to enable selection.

Grundfos have a good website where you can make selection, but I'm not sure they go as high as 35 bar.

Cheers...........Codey

Wanner Engineering Inc. do a H-25 Hydra-Cell pump that may be of interest. The maximum temperature is 121 deg C - Your should consult the factory for correct component selection for temperatures above 71 deg C. The discharge pressure is variable to 69 bar and the flow of the H-25 is up to 75.7 LPM. This pump is positive displacment so you will need to fit a PSV. The flow rate is directly proportional to the shaft rpm, so you can fix the flow rate by a fixed speed gearbox, variator or VSD.

Your Description of pump operation should have NET POSITIVE SUCTION HEAD, THEORITICALLY TO COMPENSATE FOR 80 Deg.Celsius + Frictional Head + Some safe margin of head. Then only the Pump will work.

Of course power required can be simply calculated.
