Draw two lines at 1 m apart.

Draw a marker (pointer) stationary near the belt.

Take a stop watch.

measure time taken (in secs) for the belt to travel 1m

speed = 1/t m/s.

That is as closely i could get from the question.

Else be specific, exactly what do you want?

Motor rpm ÷ gearbox ratio × gearbox sprocket or gear teeth ÷ belt pulley sprocket or gear teeth × pi × (diameter of belt pulley + thickness of belt).
