NO NO - You missed the Turbine.

I was just undertaking a feasibility for a 60 MW Power Project.

The Boiler being CFB Coal fired:130 Tph x 2 nos US $ 12,000,000/-

Steam Turbines 30 MW x 1 + 15 MW x 2 = US $ 12,500,000/-

Payback 5 years

1050 MW Power Plant ? Nobody will give you the price unless you pay upfront for engineering charges. Convert my figures of Boiler + Turbine 60 MW and calculate for 1050MW as estimated +/- 10 %. Say $ 430,000,000/- ~ $ 450,000,000/-. excluding Civil,Mechanical,Piping,electrical,Installation, Commissioning etc.

To undertake the Engineering prior making out a Proposal anybody can charge initial

$ 1,000,000/- and Consultancy 2.5% of the Project Cost.
