Any One Can Connect the DG to Computer For Observation as Well as Operation

HI, Actually I want to connect any electrical hardware to computer for operating them. Sir, I have a 160kva DEUZ generator .I want to connect it with computer for not only observation but also operating far from 50m distance by computer. Please tell me what can I do for it ? If any software is required,then what type of program is necessary to write them(eg.C++)? I will be thankful for better solution.

You need something like this:

A card in the computer that has analog inputs to monitor signals from the DG and digital outputs to send signals to the DG. Maybe even some analog outputs. You need to identify what types and how many I/O you need and select accordingly.

this can be done thru Plc Plc can be made to communicate with computer all hard wiring can be done to the Plc for controlling and monitoring dg set

you can connect your DG on communication There some governor come with communication (J 1939) through this you can monitor as well as control some function.
