It's probably ok, but the only way you will really know is by testing.
We lubricate silicone tubes in peristaltic pumps with Vaseline (petroleum jelly).

I honestly don't know - the Johnson's site says it contains mineral oil and "Fragrance" - whatever that is. Unless someone comes along who's actually used it in your type of application (and knows what it's like after say, 10 years) I don't suppose you'll find out until it may be too late.
If you want to stay on the safe side, I'd suggest using Hellerine M (see page 74), which is made for the job and has been around for years. I've worked on gear that I installed over 20 years ago - Hellerine oil was used for the sleeving - and it's been fine.

Vaseline would be a better choice in the absence of the correct material indicated in #2⇑. The added fragrances are the wildcard.
