It is a product used in hightech systems your partners will be (or at least should be) technically skilled people. You MUST sell first the technical side of the product and this requires a full understanding of the way it will be used and how the properties of your product do match the usage. The price is an important parameter but for servo-valves usually the function is the 1st criterion.

You must thus know your product AND competitors' products in all details, know in a quite correct way their function and the function of connected controllers and as mentioned above the way they will be used.

But 1st of all you should find a manufacturer willing to use your skills.

Yes. Hire a rep who already knows servo valves.
