Pipe Reducer From M S Pipe

How to make the Pipe reducer from M S Pipe, I want to make pipe reducer 2" NB TO 1" NB and 4" long, no hot process, cold forming only.

You might try searching on "swaging equipment", "metal spinning", "cold forming", or similar phrases.
