Concentration Coefficient

What is the concentration coefficient when referring to liquid flow? The Flexim 7407 has an option for this, but I can't figure out what the concentration coefficient is. Concentration of what?

Are you referring to Cv (or Kv), the coefficient of volume, which represents the gpm of fluid that will pass through the valve at ΔP = 1 psi?

Unfortunately, that is what Im trying to figure out. The Flexim meter has settings for "concentration coefficient" which sounds very much like the concentration of specific parts within the liquid. But the Flexim manual has absolutely nothing about what this concentration coefficient is.

I don't think that you need that variable for determining the flow rate. It looks like that is an experimentally determined variable that is used to calculate the concentration of the chemical of interest in your solution.
