The easiest way is to take the average sell price from a local cable supplier and remove the retailer markup, freight costs and manufacture markup.

Seriously, this is the quickest and easiest way for a rough idea (of course it will vary from country to country due to labour and raw material costs so you will need to add say a +/-20% variation to your final cost estimation).
