Anyone can help me...plz.

i need some information and referrence to get the Flow Capacity for temperature control valve for 1" To 4 " pipe.

Internal construction of such valves varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. One mught be able to calculate some reasonable averages, but could not confidently apply them to a specific case.

Instead, you should read the manufacturer's literature for any valve you are considering. Often it will give the Cv (or Kv) of the valve, plus a maximum recommended flow. Or maybe a table of flow rates at various pressure drops across the valve.
