vapor composition may be different over the liquid ,whether this will alter the pressure calculations, kindly reply me

If the vapor composition is different than expected (in other words, if there are gasses other than PG in the vessel, such as air), then yes, the pressure calculations can be effected. The pressure calculations are also affected by the composition of the liquid: LPG formulations are not consistent.

Pressure maintained in LPG tank is do to evaporation. Once the pressure reaches a point it holds the gas in liquid form. So the max pressure is self regulating will also depend on the mix LPG is a blend of gases. The tank itself provides that heat. If the rate of evaporation is great enough then the tank can no longer transfer heat from the outside atmosphere. The LPG temperature will drop to a point it will no longer evaporate. The pressure will drop off. So you will need to look at rate of consumption to find staple working pressure.

Guest...

Yes, the composition of gasses and, more importantly, operating temperature range affect the design pressure of the pressure vessel.

You, as a registered professional engineer, are charged with protecting the public.

You simply must be qualified and do your job as you correctly specify the tank for fabrication.
