How many 2 ton AC does a 125kva gen. Set can power?

Usually Generator will deliver maximum efficiency at 0.8 Load Power Factor. The design of the generator should be such a way that, it must carry 20% over load. So, the Generator can carry 125 x 0.8 x 1.2 = 120kW

You refer the AC manufacturer's Literature and find the kW rating of the AC unit. Usually 1ton is taken as 1.25kW. I don't know, whether in your side it is correct. Then, you count the number of units to reach 120kW
