Vertical Pipe Hanger

The two bolts closest to the middle are used to clamp to the pipe. The outer two bolts are used to attach to two hanger rods with beam clevises at the top.

what i understood from your description and the picture of the hanger is there will be

additional connection between the beam bottom flange and the hanger clamp which is

not what i am looking for
