Sending Data to a Modem

I have a project that have avr and I want to send and recieve data to my computer with telephone line to my computer

please help me

How can I use from modem IC similar fx439?

i want to send temperature from my office to my pc in home with telephone line and modem

my project in office is a lm 35 that sense temp and a avr that i want to send data from telephone line to my pc in home

Buy a heater for your home.

I do not know the censor.

To transmit the data it must be in digital form. a AtoD converter may have to be used.

Propose the following for your application

The home computer logs on to the office computer via modem.

Remotely executes a program to take the digital reading from the censor and return it to you.

i have a fsk chip in my office and temp ic and pc in my home but i dont know how match it's

can i set my modem to send data with fsk modulation?

and witch protcol i should use? z-modem x-modem ???
