Go about it by searching. You apparently have never done this before, so take each item, I searched, "drill stem subs" and found lots of information, and do a search on Search GlobalSpec.

What does yuo customer require?

Are you approved Vendor? It is that oil companies nowadays do have a tough look at the material and where it comes from.

It will not an easy business and material is hard to get.

But the best advise would be to check what the Customer is after and provide material accordingly. You will soon figure who has to right material availble.

Dependend on where you are you also will ahve to fight a jungle of different MAterial specifications in order to comply with API specs.

Good luck!

One of the ways is to discuss the requirements with existing and prospective materials vendors. Is there a telephone available at this facility?

If you are cutting API threads, you had BETTER be licensed by API to do so. If you are a licensed threading vendor then you already have all the information you need to buy ready made dies or have dies ground for you.
