07/30/2010 3:08 PM

Hi,

I have this calculation which I can not do.

Given that Propellant A = 40%w/w, Propellant B = 60%w/w, calculate:

a. the amount of each

b. mole fraction of each.

Maybe you're not cooking them thoroughly. You do skin them first, don't you?

Huh. That would explain a few things....

Hi,

I have this question that I can not answer.

Given that Propellant A = 40%w/w, Propellant B = 60%w/w:

a. volume of each not given

b. density & formula of each not given.

Are you daft or something? Without the above required data the information given is already the answer!!!!

Now go read your textbook carefully and work out the answer yourself!!!!

There was an old Mammy who lived in a shoe.

She had a calculation that she could not do.

There there old Mammy, don't feel blue.

Ask CR4 to do the work for you!

It is with regret that I inform, that this OP succumbed to an accidental overdose from a poorly formulated pharmaceutical aerosol.

Of course you can't do the calculation!

You would need to invoke strong magic to devine either the amount of each propellant or the mole fraction of each, with only the information given. I assume you are at Hogwarts, and need to brush up on your dark arts. Better get busy!
