Recycling the Subtract (Polymer)

08/24/2010 1:25 AM

Presently I am training in the packaging company. I have seen lot of wastage going on. They only recycle the solvent only. but it can use only for the cleaning the cylinders. I need to find out the way of the reduce the wastage. but it can't archive the satisfactory level.

So I more and more interesting about the recycle the wastage. Is there any one who are familiarise with the recycling process. It is grate opportunity to me save the mother nature.nothing can not be wasted in industry. Every time we have to try something deferent...Little comment will appreciate greatly.

Most things have a calorific value.

What are the solvent and waste material and the quantities produced? What is the process used and the operational conditions? Your motives are laudable, but without such relevant information no one can advise you.

It would be helpful if you described your existing setup and where your solvents are currently going. I assume the ethyl acetate and other solvents are being driven off from the adhesive while passing through a web oven.

If this is the case, containing and condensing these would require quite a capital expenditure and a good amount of space for the processing equipment. Because packaging adhesives are quite often supplied in a mixture of solvents, the idea of separating the solvents comes into play, further complicating the process, involving even more equipment and space.

It is more economical for us to burn solvent vapors and use the heat energy from the incineration (disclaimer) to put back into the system.

For plastics recycle, please use Sinobaler baling machine. A baling machine is to compress a lot of waste plastics or plastic bottles into small bales with high density and uniform size. The bale size and weight can be set by the user! All types of baling machine are available. For plastic bottles, a long stroke baler (bottle baler) is a good choice. For details, please refer to http://www.sinobaler.com/

With plenty of choices , I am greatly encourge....Thanks for every things..

Normally we solvent recycle only which are used in the cleaning the graviour cylinders and all..We just heat up bit in the special container and leave it to evaporate. then by using the cooling system we condense the solvent mixture.

In the case of wastage of the polymer matrials..Those are PET,METPET,ALU foil,BOPP and CPP. and their combination.also there are ink and adhesives. it may little bit difficult to the recycle. If there are any other way to crush them and use it for any other purpose ,..it will help..

SO how can I contribute..?
