Flow Rate - Bend in Pipe Compared to Diameter

What is the minimum discharge the flow meter is to be installed form any bend in the pipe as compared to the pipe diameter? I can't remember the factor

It depends upon the flowmeter.

  • For a coriolis-based mass flowmeter there is no criterion, for example.

Refer to the manufacturer's information on the instrument; it will be there.
