Effect of Switching Surgers

Could, any one please explaine the effect of swithching surgers on the cct components, such as whether it is causing to increase voltage or current..etc

are you asking about constant current transformer response to surge voltages? These are generally saturation core types and can take surge within a specified limit and hence look at the data sheet of the manufacturer.
